What this site does not collect
The site has no contact forms, no booking forms, no sign-up boxes and no login. You cannot type your name, address or payment details into any page here, because no page asks for them.
We do not sell visitor information, and we do not run a mailing list from this website.
What may be recorded when you visit
Like almost every website, the servers that deliver these pages may keep ordinary technical logs. These can include your IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested, and the browser and device type reported to the server.
Logs exist so the site can be delivered reliably and so problems or misuse can be investigated. They are kept by the hosting provider under that provider's own practices, and they are not used here to build a profile of you.

Phone calls to the dispatch line
When you call (847) 281-8626, the call is answered by the dispatch team. The dispatcher will ask for information needed to send help, such as the service address, a callback number and a description of the problem.
Your phone number is visible to the people answering. Details you give are used to arrange the visit, pass the job to a plumber and follow up on that job. If you prefer not to give a detail, tell the dispatcher, though some details are needed to send anyone.
Sharing information with plumbers
To send a plumber, the dispatch team has to share the details of your request with that plumber. That includes the address, the problem and a way to reach you.
The plumber may keep their own records of the visit under their own business practices. If you hire a plumber, ask them how they handle your records.
Maps, links and phone buttons
The contact page may show a map supplied by a third-party map provider. When that map loads, your browser contacts the provider, which can see technical information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
Phone numbers on the site are links. Tapping one asks your device to start a call, and your phone carrier handles the call in the usual way. Links to outside sites, such as the Illinois Department of Public Health license lookup, are governed by those sites' own policies.
Email and your choices
If you email contact@proplumbingbuffalogrove.com, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you. For urgent plumbing problems, please call instead, since email is not monitored around the clock.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Send the request to the email address above or mention it when you call.
Children, security and changes
This site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We take reasonable care with information we receive, but no method of storing or transmitting information is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. We may update this policy as the site changes, and the current version is the one on this page.
